Introduction Class Diving

Have you always wanted to discover the underwater world?
And would you like to know whether diving is for you? Then register now for the introductory lesson on 5 February at Leeuwarden Diving Association (in swimming pool De Blauwe Golf).

If you have a sports pass, the cost is €7.50. If you do not have a sports pass, you can participate for €12.50. 

Times:
19:45 - 20:30 reception and instructions
20:30 - 22:00 diving

After an explanation, you will enter the pool and get a compressed air set on. Now the real adventure begins. Under the guidance of your instructor, you will go underwater and experience how easy it is to breathe and float weightlessly underwater. After you get used to the underwater world, we will teach you a few simple exercises in a relaxed atmosphere. 

Participation requirements:

• Reasonable swimming skills.
• Good health.
