Shinkyokushin karate
Shinkyokushin karate is more than a martial art. It aims to increase mental as well as physical resilience. Self and body control, strength, speed, physical and mental flexibility, willpower, and a never-give-up spirit are the building blocks. These traits can also come in handy in everyday life.
Self-defense art & competitive
Karate is a self-defense art that involves training. You learn to defend yourself and become physically and mentally resilient. But it also allows you to test what you have learned in competitions: competitions kumite (free fighting) and kata (technical running forms).
